In its 2026 edition, the festival marks 38 yearsof exploring the relationships between art, technology, society, and contemporary culture.<\/p>\n<p>The work is an immersive installation bringing together contemporary art, ancestral knowledge, and social justice. Drawing on Suma Qama\u00f1a (Buen Vivir \/ Good Living), the Quipu recording system, and a message of repair from Mapuche machi Millaray Melinao, it proposes a counter-cartography that transforms the map into a tool for visibility, memory, and healing.<\/p>\n<p>More than a representation of territory, Counter-Cartographies of Resistance proposes another way of relating to land, memory, and technology.
